Our mission at Pink Iris Yoga is to help you transform your physical and mental wellbeing, overall health and energy levels through personalised Yoga that meets your unique needs.
Have you ever found yourself wanting to commit to improving your health, but then not started because you're 'too busy', not flexible enough' or worried you'll look stupid? At Pink Iris Yoga, we offer convenient private, semi-private and corporate yoga classes that fit around your schedule. We'll support you with the tools to take back control of your wellbeing, and make your self care a priority again.
We love to support women going through important life stages such as pregnancy and postpartum with our specialist yoga classes. We offer additional care to those with chronic illness or women coping with menopausal symptoms or recovery through Restorative Yoga.

We understand how challenging it can be to find time for self care especially if you have little ones, are pregnant or simply have a busy family and work life. Finding a quality or specialised Yoga class that fits around your schedule and is nearby is not always easy. A private yoga class is designed to your make life so much easier, allowing you to practise Yoga with a qualified instructor online, from the comfort of your own home at a time that works for you. I also teach yoga classes in Bangor from my home studio

We believe that it is important to find yoga teachers who can meet your unique needs. Our lead instructor, Helen, is fully-certified specialist in prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga as well as restorative yoga and hatha yoga. Whether you are expecting and are struggling with pregnancy related issues, need support during your postnatal recovery or wish to improve your overall health and wellbeing, we have the knowledge and expertise to support you.

Our personal approach to Yoga ensures you'll always get best out of your session. Each class is designed to meet your needs and practises are tailored to suit you. So whether you are pregnant and want to prepare for your birth, are in postnatal recovery and want some 'Mummy only' time, or are a working mother in need of a nurturing Restorative Yoga class to decompress, we can support you on your journey to improved health, energy levels and overall wellbeing

"I teach feminine Yoga tailored to support women throughout their life. A feminine practise utilises the tools of Yoga and adapts them to support us throughout our life cycle. Honouring our natural cyclical nature enhances our health, wellbeing, connection to our bodies and the environment"

I am Helen, a mum of 2 teenagers, a yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy and postpartum recovery, restorative and hatha yoga. I am strong believer in using the tools that Yoga provides to empower women and support their needs through each phase of their lives.

I teach yoga classes in Bangor, Wales at my home studio, online and if your local we can arrange to practise at your home. I also offer corporate yoga classes, which I teach both in person and livestreamed for convenience.
I have undertaken the following Yoga teacher training courses and am fully qualified and insured to teach:
